We know that dealing with insurance can be confusing. Luckily, we understand the process completely and will walk you through it.
Claim
Make an insurance claim and select Ross White Panel & Paint Ltd as your preferred repairer.Assessment
Contact us to assess the damage, or pop by between 8am-4 pm, Monday through Friday – Digital images will be taken while you wait, no need to make an appointment.Estimate
We will source the price and availability of replacement parts required for your repairs and email the estimate to you or your insurer for approval.Approval to Repair
Once given approval for repairs, we will be in contact with you to book in your vehicle and advise on repair duration, parts availability, and drop-off procedures.Have you considered adding Rental Cover to your car insurance policy? If selected, you will be provided with a rental car to keep you on the road whilst your vehicle is being repaired.

If you weren’t at fault for the accident, make sure that you have the contact details of the other party. You’ll need to provide your insurer with those contact details so that your insurance can contact the other party/their insurance. Once the other party accepts fault, your excess will be waived. Let us know that you’re waiting for the excess to be waived, and we’ll follow up with your insurance.

If you are booked in for repair, or are going to be booked in, give your insurance a call and double-check that you have rental cover on your policy. If you do, then they can provide you with an alternative vehicle while we sort yours out. All you need to do is give your insurer a call with your booking dates, they’ll sort out the rest.
